Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases on WebDTP, operated by SKG Media.

1. Newspaper title setup

Fees charged to register or validate a newspaper title are generally non-refundable once administrative review has started.

2. Issue / PDF packages

Package offers (for example 4-page or 8-page PDF packages) are charged when you export or unlock final print PDF. Successful paid exports are non-refundable. If payment succeeded but PDF generation failed for more than 48 hours due to our systems, contact support for a fix or credit.

3. Subscriptions & AI credits

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime for the next cycle. Unused AI credits typically do not roll into a cash refund.

Use the contact form or email [email protected] with your registered mobile, order id, and issue details. Form data goes to SKG Media admin.
