By using WebDTP, operated by SKG Media, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Designing tool only — not a government body

This website is a newspaper designing / DTP tool. It is a private design service for layout, titles, templates, and PDF export.

WebDTP is not affiliated with, approved by, endorsed by, or connected to the Press Registrar General of India (PRGI), the Registrar of Newspapers for India (RNI), or any other government body of India or any other country.

Using this tool does not register a newspaper with RNI / PRGI, does not grant a title, and does not replace any statutory filing. You remain responsible for your own legal compliance.

1. The service

WebDTP is a browser-based newspaper DTP tool: titles, issues, templates, AI writing help, and print-oriented PDF export. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must click to accept these Terms before creating an account.

3. Newspaper titles & content

You must have the legal right to operate titles you register on this tool. Any RNI, PRGI, or other local requirements are your responsibility — this site does not act for those authorities. You own your editorial content; you grant us a licence to store and process it to provide the service.

4. AI features

AI suggestions (headlines, rewrite, bifurcate, etc.) are assistive only. You must proofread before print. SKG Media is not liable for AI inaccuracies.

5. Payments & plans

Fees for packages, per-page PDF export, or paid templates are shown at checkout. Mock or test payments in development do not create live charges. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
  • No attempts to bypass payment, auth, or security controls
  • No abuse of support or AI quotas
  • Do not claim this product is an official PRGI, RNI, or government service

7. Liability

WebDTP is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, SKG Media is not liable for print-shop rejection, downtime, or consequential losses.
